Since 2019, Attivo has worked with leaders to accelerate personal growth to give them the energy and confidence to lead professional organisations. Our approach is personalised to build self-leadership skills and drive business leadership performance. We provide a new kind of program that builds on existing talent and connects with industry experts to achieve tangible results.

Our programs are backed by neuroscience principles that focus on improving thinking and leading from conscious thoughts.

THE CONSCIOUS LEADER

Work and live better in just eight weeks.  

The Conscious Leader Program uses neuroscience principles to improve your capability to influence and lead with confidence.  

We work with you to move the unconscious to the conscious, focusing on your thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and actions.

Awareness of how the mind works consciously leads to elevate every area of your life.  

The CONSCIOUS LEADER PROGRAM is eight weeks and includes the following learning modules:

BE Well - TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR WELLBEING

Our well-being affects everything we do. Understanding the relationship between well-being, work and being present is a vital ingredient to supporting a resilient workforce.  

The Be Well program will provide an individual wellbeing report and valuable data for organisations, leaders, teams and individuals to better manage their wellbeing. 

The Be Well program is designed to help people succeed in all areas of their life.

The Be Well workshop will:

LEADERS PROGRAM

Build your social influence while motivating and leading others.

Everyone can be a leader, but only a minority harness their powers to lead. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to ‘win’ as a team, or an organisation.

The Leaders Program uses neuroscience principles to build on existing talent by developing self-leadership, people leadership and growth mindset skills, to stimulate action across four focus areas.

The LEADERS PROGRAM is a minimum of six months duration (depending on the topics chosen in each focus area).

Courageous Conversations

Fearless leadership allows you to approach challenging situations head on with confidence. Focus on the Courageous Conversation with the outcome you are aiming for in mind.

This one day workshop includes interactive learning scenarios to practice and polish conversation techniques. The Courageous Conversations workshop helps to:

PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

The pace of life has been shifting gears to a point where we can feel more out of control of our thoughts and emotions. As a result, our actions tend to be impulsive, and our behaviours can be unpredictable.

The Personal Empowerment Program is a six-month program designed to put you back in the driver’s seat and in control of your thoughts, relationships, habits and emotions.

The program involves:

LEAD WITH DIFFERENCE

Raise your people’s awareness of their strengths to capitalise on improved performance and better decisions being made in the workplace.

Participants are required to complete a psychometric assessment prior to the one-day workshop

The LEAD WITH DIFFERENCE program is a one-day workshop using the Whole Brain Thinking Model and Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument to:
